  • Law360, New York (October 29, 2015, 6:30 PM ET) -- Etsy, Pinterest, Tumblr and nearly 200 other companies on Thursday pushed Congress to crack down on so-called “patent trolls” by passing laws that would place reasonable limits on discovery and on the ability for litigants to “cherry pick” district courts, according to a letter the companies sent to House Speaker John Boehner and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.     Qualcomm confirmed Tuesday it is under antitrust investigation in South Korea in connection with its licensing practices.
